My NIL Value provides free online tools that estimate the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) market value of college athletes based on publicly available deal data and user-provided information. Our Services include the NIL Deal Analyzer, NIL Go Pre-Check, Brand Deal Calculator, and Transfer Value Calculator.
Our Services are for informational and educational purposes only. The valuations, estimates, and reports generated by our tools are not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or professional counsel of any kind.
My NIL Value is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, tax professional, sports agent, or certified public accountant. The information provided through our tools should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial, legal, or career decision.

Actual NIL deal values depend on numerous factors beyond our data, including but not limited to: negotiation, timing, brand budgets, market conditions, athletic performance, and individual circumstances. Past deal data is not necessarily indicative of future deal values.
You agree to provide accurate information when using our tools. You acknowledge that the quality and relevance of your results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide.
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Site, or reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, data compilations, software, and the design of our tools — is the property of My NIL Value and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written consent.
Reports generated for your personal use through our tools are provided for your individual, non-commercial use. You may share your personal valuation reports but may not commercially redistribute them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My NIL Value and its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Services.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from: reliance on any valuation or estimate provided by our tools, any NIL deal entered into based on information from our Site, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, and any errors or omissions in our content or calculations.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My NIL Value, its owner, and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My NIL Value regarding your use of the Site and Services, and supersede any prior agreements.
